Key responsibilities :

• Forecast workload planning for the assigned distribution center and monitor the alignment of operations between Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure efficient product delivery to branches.
• Responsible for the backhaul project to reduce transportation costs by utilizing empty vehicle trips.
• Analyze P&L data to determine the Logistics Costing Model for each distribution center and identify opportunities for negotiation of DC Income.
• Analyze, plan, and control contracts for the use of distribution centers with partners in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Coordinate and negotiate DC service rates, invoicing, and contract creation with suppliers for DC services.
• Verify the accuracy of the DC Income database to ensure it is regularly updated.
• Provide support for other tasks assigned

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in Logistics Costing Model or experience in Backhaul Projects is preferred.
• Experience in the retail industry or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and Negotiation skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Persistent, committed, and responsible in handling assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in data analysis, and skilled in using Excel, Power BI.
