- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการการทำงานในกลุ่มธุรกิจค้าปลีก
- เรียนรู้ไว / ทัศนคติดีกับองค์กร
- สามารถออกต่างจังหวัดได้
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่
