Learning Strategy Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Learning Strategy

  • Learning Strategy & Initiatives Design: Analyze and assess quantitative and qualitative data, as well as external trends related to career and people development, to design effective learning strategies and initiatives align with business priorities and needs.
  • Design & Implementation: Develop and implement group-wide Individual Development Plans (IDP) and career-based people development initiatives.
  • Project Alignment & Execution: Collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to implement innovative and effective L&D solutions and projects, such as Learning Effectiveness Measurement, and Learning in the Flow of Work.
  • HPD Measurement & Evaluation: Define KPIs for Holistic People Development (HPD), then follow up and evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of L&D initiatives, projects, and programs, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Research & Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest methods, technologies, tools, and techniques in career and people development, acting as a center of learning expertise.
  • Project Management: Serve as the PMO (Project Management Office) for holistic people development projects, ensuring deliverables align with business priorities and needs.

2. Learning Analytics

  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze career and people development metrics (e.g., IDP, training hours, training plans, training budgets, learning history), providing reports and dashboards with actionable insights to support management decision-making.
  • Capability Building: Develop foundational learning analytics capabilities for key stakeholders (e.g., HCBP, HCD, line managers), empowering them to apply analytic methods for informed decision-making.
  • Innovation in Data Utilization: Explore innovative ways to make career data more accessible, accurate, and meaningful.

3. Learning Process Improvement

  • Performance Analysis: Understand and analyze current learning process performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Process & Tool Development: Design, develop, and curate L&D processes, tools, templates, and communication materials for users.
  • Collaboration & Standardization: Work with the LMS project team and key stakeholders to align standardized learning operational processes with LMS functionality.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR strategy, L&D, or Organization Development, with excellent knowledge of HR management, HR development, L&D, or organizational development functions. Experience in people analytics and/or process improvement is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
