Human Capital Business Partner Associate
atThai Beverage PCLPosition Overview: The Human Capital Business Partner Associate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR processes to ensure efficient and effective manpower control, employee development, and engagement. This role involves coordinating hiring, transfers, promotions, performance management, and other key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Monitor and manage workforce levels to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective manpower planning.
- Oversee the promotion process, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Collaborate with managers to identify employees eligible for promotion.
- Ensure all PMS processes are followed and tracked effectively.
- Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Organize and manage annual exams for sales and sales support employees.
- Conduct talent reviews to identify high-potential employees.
- Develop and implement succession plans for critical positions.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
