ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Organize, and supervise the operations of Medical Centre, occupational health, health promotion programs of TOP, Affiliates and contractors as well as manage health insurance for TES staff and dependants to enhance organization health, staff well-being that support organization effecftiveness , in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner in accordance with the Company Personnel Policies/ Policies Manual and Government rules and regulations.
EDUCATION
B.Sc. Or Master in Medical, Nursing or Medical science, Occupational health & Hygeine
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 yrs in professional medicare activities & some experiences in personnel services.
- Good collaboration, negotiation and communication skills
- Good managerial & supervisory skills
- Good service mind, be flexible and adaptable.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Advanced computer skills, SAP HR system, Medical Software system
