ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
1. To support for formulation of prospect HR strategies in line with corporate strategies and goals.
To develop/ deviate PMPE operating model, design work process and innovate PMPE system.
Develop PMPE transformation and change management as related.
Analytic P&O information to utilize for strategy and discission
Ensure these HR strategies executing through effective implementation plans leading to corporate targets.
EDUCATION
Bachelor or higher in Engineering, supply chain, economic, business management, innovation, digital and related fields.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-5 years professional experience.
- Interpersonal skill ,logical thinking, Leadership and maturity.
- Experience in leading business company in business strategy, work process improvement, change management, Innovation, HRIS, OD/HR field would be advantage.
- Possible to work in Sriracha and refinery (if wish to move to BKK wouldn’t require).
