Respondsibilities

1. Brainstorming Sessions
    • Enhance the ideas generation process to improve both quantity and quality of the innovative ideas
    • Set up innovation change agent team - Facilitators of brainstorming sessions
    • Encourage cross-functional brainstorming sessions
2. Design the ideas collection process to collect and select the new actionable ideas and establish guideline to calculate their potential benefits (experiencing with dealing and managing more than 1,000 ideas is preferred)
3. Develop sustainable Innovation Portfolio for Thaioil to achieve its goals and strategies which can be updated as agreed
4. Design the ideas incubation process to develop ideas for innovation effectively and Revitalize Ideas-to-Commercialization (I2C) or any process to turn Ideas Generation into Innovation Creation (experiencing with successful commercialising at least 1-2 products is preferred)
5. Explore practical and modern Innovation Frameworks to incorporate with Thaioil work process and way of work
6. Be able to seamlessly bring and develop idea for Innovation, prototype and Innovation from Innovation Awards into Ideas Incubation Process and I2C.
7. Explore to collaborate with the external partners/experts (linked with R&D, CVC, etc.) to fill our gaps and uplift our innovation creation
8. Drive cross functional working team for ideas implementation
9. Find the gaps to improve our innovation culture
10. Support the Innovation Strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Innovation Management or Interdisciplinary related to innovation.
• 1-2 years of working experience in innovation management, innovation portfolio preferred.
