ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Supervise service support team that is mainly responsible for key communication components i.e., video conference, link to external companies, etc.
- Monitor and responsible for video conference, live event, broadcasting and admin portal of Microsoft Teams
- Cooperate with event organizers and facilitate digital matters
- Serves as lead Audio Visual SME for live meetings and events held onsite or at remote locations
- Supports operates and maintains AV equipment for live meetings and events.
- Provides support and demonstrates expert knowledge for online webinar tools and applications
- Supervise strategic partners who are supporting video/conference room
EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration IT related fields
EXPERIENCE
Knowledge & Experience in communication system i.e. Video conference, l live event, broadcasting and admin portal of Microsoft Teams
