Maximize orders by carrying out proposals and negotiations through vertical market sensing.Create added values by proposing products and solutions that meet the customer needs.
Build long-term strategic relations through continuous development of cooperative business models with customers.
Role and Responsibilities
[Market sensing] Analyze the market and carry out market sensing by reading business trends and conducting personalized sales activities on the key men(understanding the key men's preferences, hobbies, concerns, family, etc.).
[Proposal and negotiation] Prepare for the proposals and negotiations by identifying sales opportunities related to the customers or spotting issues(with budget, timing, purchase method, decision making, etc.).
[Contract fulfillment and customer management] Perform supply management, maintenance, and customer management.
[Customer visit] Maximize sales by consistently visiting the customer for sales activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
- May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing
- Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
