Job Description
- Draft and review contracts, agreements (such as the agreement to sell and to purchase the land) and all legal documents related to company and involve in negotiation for all legal agreements
- Draft and review all corporate documents (such application for registration of various items and notice/minutes of Board of Directors’ meeting and meeting of shareholder).
- Provide legal opinions to other departments and management of the company.
- Oversee legal related policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on all legal matters to business.
- Manage legal team including developing team’s capability.
- Manage and oversee all legal related to policies and procedures
Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Law with a lawyer license
- Minimum 8-10 years working experience in legal, preferably in the real estate.
- Excellent command of English communication skills
- Have strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem solving
- Hybrid Working ( WFA 2 วัน เข้าออฟฟิศ 3 วัน)
