Legal Specialist/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญงานนิติกรรมสัญญา
atSermsuk PCL- ควบคุมการดำเนินคดีความและการสอบข้อเท็จจริงให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง รัดกุม และสอดคล้องกับกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริหารจัดการติดตามคดีประเภทต่างๆ ในฐานะตัวแทนของบริษัท ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ให้คำปรึกษา HCในกรณีที่เกิดข้อพิพาทและคดีความทางด้านแรงงาน
- ควบคุมการดำเนินงานของสำนักกฎหมายที่ได้รับการว่าจ้าง ให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงกับทางบริษัทและเงื่อนไขสัญญาจ้าง
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายและคดีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- การจดทะเบียนเปลี่ยนแปลงทางทะเบียนต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ เช่น จดทะเบียนกรรมการเข้าออก เปลี่ยนแปลงอำนาจกรรมการบริษัท เพิ่มทุนลดทุน
- ห้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายต่างๆ เช่น กฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา, กฎหมายแรงงาน, กฎหมายภาษีอากร, กฎหมายหุ้นส่วน-บริษัท, กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค, กฎหมายที่ดิน และด้านตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ฯลฯ
- ปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขานิติศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานตั้งแต่ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ
