• Develop new products, improve existing products, and conduct research and testing on product concepts to commercialization.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operation team to develop snack formulations and flavors.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct trials, and address any technical challenges.
• Support in managing overall project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform any other assignment as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields.
• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in research and development, product development within the snack or confectionary or rice cracker manufacturing.
• Experience in quality management systems, i.e. Food safety, GMP, FSSC22000.
• 5 days working per week (Monday - Friday)
