Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product demonstration support to customers and stakeholders.
• Deliver post-sales installation training and conduct customer retention activities.
• Train and prepare manuals for sales representatives, ensuring product knowledge is effectively communicated.
• Support tradeshows and other marketing activities to promote product visibility and engagement.
• Complete required administrative tasks accurately and on time to maintain smooth operations.
• Gather and provide customer feedback to the marketing team to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science/ Physics and Medical Instrumentation or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years related work experience, operating in endoscopic surgery.
• Able to travel up-country.
