Key Account Executive - Endocrine & Cardio
atBerli Jucker PCL (BJC)Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for endocrine and cardiovascular products within hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, pharmacy directors, and key opinion leaders.
- Identify opportunities for product adoption and formulary inclusion within target hospitals through effective product presentations and value propositions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare policies/regulations to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and commercial strategies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a focus on the hospital channel and specialty therapeutics (endocrine and cardiovascular).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a highly competitive market environment.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, formulary management, and reimbursement dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of the healthcare system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
