Manager, dentsu Total Commerce
atDentsu (Thailand) Ltd.Dentsu Total Commerce team is seeking beyond media, we are looking for a Manager, Total Commerce who will be able to lead and give success to our client’s e-commerce business. This role will take part as a main PIC for end-to-end process, including cross-functional activities involving both internal and external stakeholders. You will act as a project manager who also responsible on developing strong relationships with brands and sales channels to drive e-commerce business growth.

Role responsibility:
- Managing fast-growing e-commerce sales of brands through online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) and brand own e-commerce
- Create and present strategic plan to drive client’s e-commerce business growth
- Creating an e-commerce strategy, in relation to merchandising, promotion planning and marketing activities to create synergy impact
- Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility on all online channel
- Advising clients on their Ecommerce strategy, in relation to merchandising, promotion planning and marketing activities
- Coordinating with internal (tech, warehouse, marketing) and external parties
Experience:
- 3-4+ year working experience in e-commerce or International Brands on commercial/account management roles
- Ability to work independently with high level of responsibilities, including direct relation with clients' persons-in-charge
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
- Fluent Thai and English
