Role Overview: As the Payroll Manager, you will oversee the payroll consolidation process, manage compensation and benefits, and ensure proper documentation and filing. You’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver accurate payroll services while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.

 

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the payroll consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll submissions and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the payroll and benefits team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Administer and manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain payroll-related documentation and filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations to management regarding payroll trends and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal payroll regulations and tax laws, staying up-to-date with changes in legislation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely within HR team, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with overall organizational goals.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
