Officer, Admin
atRS PCLReporting to Head of Products – you will be responsible for
- Provide all secretarial and administrative tasks to Head of LiveWell
- Represent as administrative center and handle office management to ensure a smooth operation for LiveWell office:
- Coordinate with warehouse, IT, accounting and other departments for a smooth operation
- Answering phone call and any queries from employees and clients
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Prepare messenger, meeting room and package delivery (if any)
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate with other departments in company to support general company business
- Prepare petty cash, advance payment, any reimbursement, voucher and other claim such as utilities expenses
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Any documentation preparing and filling for important and confidential company documents
- Responsible for daily operation in sale function including documentation to ensure a smooth sale workflow and system
- Create matcode or data including any other document for all related functions: commercial, marketing, office, logistics, etc.
- Assist in warehouse and logistic coordination including tracking in good receive, good issue and inventory update
- Generate report such as sale report, sale target, trade promotion, expense report or as assigned by head of department
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers while distribute all concerned information
- conduct, record and follow up minutes of meetings and related reports
- Assist on any other task requested by supervisor
The ideal candidate should possess the following background
- 25 years old and above, with mature personality
- minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and 3-year working experience at professional level
- good command of English at professional level
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
