Job Description

Team and Role Introduction:
Lazada Pay is an entity that supports financial services and digital goods under Lazada. The Digital Goods team provides various e-services on Lazada platform including top-up, bill payment, and travel booking.The person taking on this role will be the business owner of key top-up and bill payment services, developing strategies to grow the business as well as managing day-to-day operations. This also includes working with external partners to explore new business opportunities as well as internal stakeholders to design and deploy the services


Responsibilities:

-Support payment team’s strategic operations for digital services such as top-up and bill payments
-Conduct market research on macro-level landscape, competition and trends and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
-Analyze quantitative data, evaluate results to provide ongoing reports and generate insights
-Utilize data to monitor performance and present insights and recommendations
-Filter and clean data, and review reports, and performance indicators
-Support campaign execution and daily operations for payment and wallet team

 

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

-Bachelor's or above in a relevant fields (e.g. business, economics) or 1-3 years of work experience
-Strong business problem-solving skills including for quantitative analyses
-Proficient in communication in both Thai & English
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

-Ability to work well independently or as part of a team in a cross-functional environment
-Passionate, hard-working, and eager to learn
