All contract Ics and supplier

• Achieved hiring of 587 IC by end of Oct and signed contract complete before on board.
• Renewal IC signed complete.
• To lead discussion with Legal team and implement changes when due necessary or when advised by Fleet Manager

Greater income for the Riders/Drivers

• All new 'IC s' briefing must be done before contract signing.
• All contracts that are signed with the IC or due for renewal.
• IC Contracts completed before onboard & copy to IC.
• To maintain and update IC contract database on a weekly basis

• Demonstrated people management experience with direct reports in an operational environment would be an added advantage
• Proven track records of analytical and operational management skills
• Attention to detail in productivity management
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Local Language and Intermediate English proficiency expected
• Proven ability in leading a team in a result oriented environment is an added advantage
• High level of commitment and ability to adapt to changes and local travel required
• At least 3 years of Supervisory Level Experience in operations, preferably in fleet management.
• Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint skill will be an added advantage.
