Job Description

1. Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the Thailand-Bangkok region, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, proposing new products or services to increase revenue.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and logistics, to ensure seamless account management and timely issue resolution.
5. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to inform strategic account planning and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. More than 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
3. Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving sales targets and customer retention.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
5. Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
6. Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
7. Adaptable to the fast-paced environment of Alibaba International (Lazada), demonstrating resilience and a customer-centric mindset.
