Associate, Key Account Management-Mass FMCG

Job Description

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts within the mass segment, focusing on FCMG
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at various levels within the client organizations to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and marketing to align on product launches, promotions, and customer-specific initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and address potential issues.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring competitive pricing, terms, and conditions that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and adapt to changing customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years+ of experience in key account management, preferably in the FCMG sector.
  • Strong understanding of the mass segment and FCMG market dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
