• Assist customers/restaurants with managing orders foodpanda platform using telephone and email or live-chat
• Handle customer/vendor complaints in an effective and productive manner
• Collaborate with different teams in resolving customer/vendor queries and complaints
• Understand our technology system and advise customers/restaurants on an efficient way of using it

• Fluent in both Thai and English
• Ability to handle stress and difficult customers/vendors (restaurant staff)
• Excellent communication skills and good time management ability
• Interest in a food industry and technology
• Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality.
