Main Purpose of this job

- Ensure that all Enterprise system are operating according to business needs.

- Manage the company strategic IT projects and ensure they are completed on-time, on-budget and its deliverables are achieved.

- Participate in key strategies (e.g., developing Digital/IT Strategy), decisions (e.g., selection of external partners, business plans/priorities), and support the company strategy where appropriate.

Major T asks / Responsibilities

- Drive and manage as project manager of multi-IT and Business solution projects to ensure cost effectiveness, timeliness and best in class and secure solutions for both IT Infrastructure and IT application.

- Negotiate and verify contract terms and conditions of assigned projects.

- Develop & manage project approach and plan to manage end-to-end lifecycle of a project starting from selection till completion including stakeholder management.

- Propose new initiatives to improve business & IT performance to management.

- Conduct a regular meeting with business side to collect and connect needs of IT and business integration form business, prioritize, and reflect them as quick win, mid-term & long-term roadmap.

- Leverage and share the best practice design to solve the level of system complexity landscape incorporating within IT team.

- Manage enterprise software such as RPA, Workflow, HRMS, HCM, ERP ,WMS , TMS, Retail, Supply Chain, F&B, Banking and Financial, Oil Services business, ERP IS-Oil ,etc.

- Progress, issue and risk management reporting - Support IT policy and guidelines incorporated e.g., ITIL, ISO27001, ISO9001 - Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Over 15 years of experience with expertise in ERP, WMS, TMS, Retail, Supply Chain, F&B, Banking and Financial sectors, Oil Services business, and ERP IS-Oil
