Business Development Manager

atPlugo (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

You will be responsible for : 

  • Directly reporting to Regional CEO, and Head of Business Development
  • Seek opportunities for business development within a defined products
  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company
  • Develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Engage customers, offer products, and assist purchasing decisions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-5 years working e-commerce experience (Experience in Sales or B.D. 2 years +) 
  • Full working rights for Thailand
  • Can communicate in English 
  • Have a commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal dynamic skills
  • Discipline and goal oriented
  • Team player with good work ethic and positive attitude

Benefits : 

  • Company insurance: OPD 2,500THB / time (30 time/year), provide your first day employee
  • Lunch allowances 100 THB / working day, provide your first day employee
  • Birthday leave
  • Vacation 15 days per year
