Responsibilities:

• Manage the Employee Lifecycle: Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, and exit interviews while continuously identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience
• Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to align people strategies with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to provide strategic HR solutions
• Drive Engagement & Retention: Conduct engagement surveys, and employee discussions and implement initiatives to enhance positive workplace culture and address key challenges
• Optimize Workforce Planning: Support manpower planning, performance management, and career development initiatives for assigned business units. Align hiring plans with business needs and ensure headcount is managed effectively according to plan
• Analyze & Solve HR Challenges: Identify workforce issues, conduct in-depth analysis, and develop targeted solutions or projects to address people-related issues and improve team efficiency in line with organizational direction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR business partnering, employee engagement, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of HR end-to-end processes, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
