Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship, from briefing, creating, amending business plans and putting together response decks, presenting to clients, and handling all client communications.
- Understand client businesses and objectives, in order to improve their business performance through our service.
- Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology towards all briefs.
- Communicate effectively to make recommendations on the scope and timeline of client projects, and manage their expectations on the results and schedule.
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Work closely with top creative freelancers, pick and delegate projects according to client’s requirements and objectives.
- Be proactive on solving problems and data driven planning.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
- Excellent command in English.
- Minimum 3-year of experience in a digital media agency.
- Past hands-on experience in account management or marketing communications.
- Organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities.
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact.
- Motivated and able to thrive and think under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent organization, analytical and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experienced in building relationships with top marketing decision maker.
