1. จัดทำเอกสารเบิก-จ่าย สวัสดิการต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ เพื่อให้พนักงานได้รับสวัสดิการที่ถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
2. จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของส่วนงานสวัสดิการ
3. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสวัสดิการ เช่น การจัดตรวจสุขภาพพนักงาน, ประกันกลุ่ม, รถรับ-ส่ง พนักงาน
4. ประสานงาน เเละจัดกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสวัสดิการ เช่น งานประกาศเกียรติคุณอายุงาน, งานเกษียณอายุพนักงาน
5. จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน ส่งผู้บังคับบัญชา
6. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
