Asst.Supervisor, Production/Process Engineer
atTOA Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- จัดแผนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับทรัพยากรบุคคล เครื่องจักร และเวลา เพื่อควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิตให้ต่ำที่สุด
- ควบคุมการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผน และให้ได้ผลผลิตอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐานทั้งด้านคุณภาพและปริมาณ
- ควบคุมการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรเบื้องต้นให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
- ประสานงานด้านการซ่อมแซม ปรับแต่ง ให้เครื่องจักรที่รับผิดชอบกลับสู่สภาพปกติ โดยการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าหากเกิดปัญหา
- ตรวจสอบผลผลิตและควบคุมให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน หรือคู่มือปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลรายงานการผลิต รวมถึงบริหารระบบการจัดการด้านระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อให้สอดคล้องต่อนโยบายของบริษัท
- ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อให้ปริมาณของเสียอยู่ในระดับมาตรฐาน
