Responsiblities:

• Responsible for goods received preparing for Fashion division
• Reconcile sales memo with collection including bank statement, cash and credit card summary
• Support Fragrance & Beauty Product (FBP) Inventory accountant about posting and printing invoices and Credit note
• Support PND54 and PP36 preparing
• Print invoices for supporting in oversea payment voucher
• Responsible for purchase summary preparation for support month-end closing
• Support for fixed asset counting at warehouse, boutiques and counters
• Support for stock take at warehouse, Fashion boutique and FBP counters
• Monthly documentation arrangement, filing and copy tax invoice
• Support ad hoc assignments and any request

Qualification:

• Age between 25 - 35
• At least 2-3 years working experience in accounting
• Moderate in English
• Computer literate (Excel – Vlookup, Pivot)
• Good communication, hardworking, service minded
