Key Responsibility:

• Setting up governance forums by engaging key sponsors and subject matter experts
• Building project business cases (incl. agreeing scope and objectives) and identifying critical success factors
• Managing key stakeholders and dependencies to establish ways of work and alignment of approaches
• Producing the initial project plan, subsequently tracking and reporting progress to the governance forum
• Implementing new projects on time and on budget
• Working closely with Change Managers to land change effectively and sustainably
• Managing the project team at the same time as supporting team member on the job learning
• Tracking project benefits after go-live against the original business case and critical success factors
• Capturing lessons learned in conjunction with team members and other key stakeholders
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

Qualifications:

• Project Management experience from concept to implementation within a complex large organization framework.
• Experience of budgeting and planning processes within a large corporate framework.
• Computer literacy especially for Microsoft word and Excel
• Stakeholder management
• Communication skills
• Project management methodology / qualification
• Financial modelling (including business case development)
• Organization skills (including time management)
• Data analysis and report preparation.
