Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with Corp Trade Plan to understand Trade Campaign and then develop marketing campaign brief to related parties
  • External : Creative Agencies, Media Agency, Activation Agency and Vendors as Campaign Partners
  • Internal : Corporate Affair, In House Creative, Corporate Trade Plan, Category Trade Plan Category Commercial, Media and Digital and others
• Manage on Holistic Communication upon purchase funnel and have great customer journey from outside to instore/online (format driven as Hyper/Super/Mini/Online)
  • Working with vendor/partners to develop Campaign Collaboration Program to create buzz for the campaign
• Review on agency plans among Creative/Media/Channels and Activation to propose to Lotus's management on respectively Marketing Campaign communication plan with gridline and touchpoints
• Take lead to bring Marketing Campaign Communication Plan to execute and manage on key milestone, resource, budget and timeline
• Along the campaign to review the performance and work with Trade plan to improve the communication according to sales and marketing performance
• Review on post campaign evaluation to develop continuous improvement for next marketing campaign

Qualifications:

• At least 5 year of working experience in Campaign Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Media Planning
• Experts in Marketing Campaign Development with Communication Briefing, IMC Plan and Execution as end-to-end with well project management (Resource, Budget Timeline)
• Able to inspire others with storytelling to present on creative ideas and plans, critical thinking to drive marketing campaigns with business objectives. Also, need interpersonal skill to have collaborate works with others
• Multi-tasking work with prioritize on good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Retail Business with varieties of formats Hyper/Super/Mini/Online as omnichannel
• Having experience in agency management is preferred
• Knowledge in project management (campaign development)
