Key Responsibility :
You will be working directly with the Director of Data Engineer & Analytics, interacting with the highest levels of Lotus's including the Senior Directors, Directors and Senior managers. As Senior Planning and Operation Executive you will be:

• Supporting leadership with business planning e.g., Business plan for Data Analytic and Department, Business update to C-Level, etc.
• Tracking the business units budget and finances
• Preparing strategic materials and joining respective strategic sessions with C-level management
• Driving initial efforts and iterations of various strategic initiatives e.g. new product development, group-wide analytic projects
• Collaborating and interacting with various departments such as corporate strategy, HR, commercial, and finance
• Given exposure to cutting edge technology and AI from their nascent stages and witness how they are deployed as business applications

Qualifications : 

• You should have at least a minimum of 1 year consulting experience which will have equipped you with the skill for the job e.g. presentation visualization, quick turnaround times
• A strong interest in the digital ecosystem and technology e.g. analytics, big data, AI, mobile applications is appreciated
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Adaptive to change
• Able to multi-task
• Capable of executing assignments on a quick turnaround basis
• A fast learner
