60% of Data Scientist and Analysis

• Design and implement data solutions using industry best practices.
• Performs ETL, ELT operations and administration of data and systems securely and in accordance with enterprise data governance standards.
• Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
• Create scripts and programs to automate data operations.
• Monitor and maintain data pipelines proactively to ensure high service availability.

40% of Operation Management

• Working with stakeholders including the operation users, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues.
• Working with Incentive users by understanding their manual report and logic to calculation and transform manual report to new data set that reduces times of Report working process.
• Support report requests from Enterprise Users such as design new concepts of data set for Incentive Calculation.
• Raise issues when find out the error or data concerns and resolve the issues with related team such as MIS, Accounting, and IT.
• Maintain existing PowerBI dashboard, weekly and monthly report.
• Driving new way of works with new initiative with fully understanding E2E of Enterprise Business from engaging, Selling process, aftersales and delivery services.

Qualifications :

• Evinces or higher in Economics, Com Science-Applied Math, Stats, MBA and Marketing or related field.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Applied Math, Stats, or related fields, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, and work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL.
• Experience with cloud-based data technologies.
• Experience with distributed systems utilizing tools such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience working with SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau or theirs data tools related.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn through scattered resources.
• Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to stay self-motivated and work with little or no supervision.
• English communication would be advantage
