Accounting & Sales Administration Assistant
āļāļĩāđāđāļāđāļ§āđāļ āļāļĩāļāļŠāđ āļāļāļāļāđāđāļ§āļĢāđWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting & Sales Administration Assistant to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role involves providing administrative support and assisting with sales-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, and managing correspondence.
- Organize a messenger for our department as needed.
- Assist with asset receiving, tagging of fixed assets and physical audit
- Provide support as requested by the Accounting & Sales Administration Manager.
2. Accounting Support:
- Record data in Accounting program (Xero/Dext/etc.).
- Assist with financial reviews by providing necessary documentation and information, including submitting withholding tax and VAT to the Revenue Department.
- Support the accounting department with additional tasks as needed.
3. Expense Support:
- Communicate with external vendors and customers regarding billing and payment issues.
- Record incoming payments, employee expense reports and reimbursements.
4. Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing relevant documents and facilitate clientsâ vendor onboarding process.
- Support with data entry and customer information updates.
- Assist in sending contracts to clients via online or hard copies.
5. Coordination with Other Departments:
- Coordinate communication between the team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Thai national.
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is an advantage.
- Proficient in English and native Thai, both spoken and written.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
