The vacancy herein advertised concerns the post of Data Analytics Officer. The successful applicant will be expected to lead a dynamic team of data officers as well as performing analytical work him/herself.

• Organised and meticulous in nature
• Capable of discerning meaningful patterns and deriving new insights from large amounts of seemingly confusing data
• Excellent at communicating complicated technical information to non-technical audiences, using presentation skills with Tableau, PowerPoint, etc.
• Understanding and applying the core concepts
• Detecting statistical misinformation and anomalies
• Performing statistical analysis and developing statistical models, using programmes such as Excel, SPSS, etc.

Special consideration will be given if you also:

• Are capable of developing predictive econometric models,
• Have knowledge and experience in the property industry,
• Have computer coding skills (in languages such as SQL), and
• Are fluent in the English language.
