Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research to develop innovative and competitive products.
• Analyze and refine existing formulas and production processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Implement new process innovations to improve the overall product output.
• Product testing and ensure consistent quality control standards are met.
• Research on new raw materials and ingredients.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies to enhance production capacity and product quality.
• Ensure that all new technologies meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Work on improving product packaging to enhance consumer experience, sustainability, and brand visibility.
• Study of regulations and standard.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce production costs while maintaining or enhancing product value.
• Support marketing and brand development.
• Identify and support product champions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)
• Proven experience in product development, R&D, or a similar role in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with raw materials and ingredient sourcing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with packaging design and technology is a plus.
