Job Description :

• Monitor and maintain Data Center Operation in terms of server and equipment
• Provide support as well as responding to the server and network issues
• Manage network processes to ensure the smooth flow of data across the network
• Perform system operations, including support incidents and configuring hardware equipment.
• Manage the service of vendors.
• Prepare Data Center reports such as Space capacity, power capacity & utilization, Power Usage Effectiveness report, Maintenance report.
• Updating IT inventory and IT rack diagram (Bay face) in the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software.
• Plans, specifies, orders and verifies power requirements for new and existing workload in the Data Center

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience as system administrator, data center or other technical fields
• Knowledge in data center environment, server and network equipment
• Ability to provide IT support and recommendation
• Good problem solving, analytical and detail-oriented
• Knowledge in Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) is advantage
