Job Description:

Solar

• Work closely with the Project Managers to coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage, monitor, address every aspect of site safety, safety training with the subcontractors and clients.
• Review the work progress daily, compare the overall project schedule, address course correction with workers, subcontractors and clients
• Follow up the deliveries and inspect materials at project sites on a timely basis by the most effective, efficient means. Document and resolve issues.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to coordinate with external civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and roofing consultants and contractors.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in project designs, plans, processes, and deployment.
• Collect commissioning and punch list data and provide contractors instruction on the proper method of remediation.
• Ensure ISO documentation is completed on-site accurately and delivered to the project team.
• Study supplier and subcontractor installation procedures and improve according to specifications.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients, building owners, contractors, and local community.
• Secure permits from local authorities to commence site activities.
• Ensure contractors meet the contractual conditions of performance.

Energy Efficiency

• Onsite energy audits
• Preparing business plans
• Prepare commercial documents including preliminary proposal, full proposal MOU and contract
• Design solutions in HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, BMS, air compressed steam, processes etc.
• BOQ and TOR editions
• Supplier consultations and procurement
• Meeting with clients to support the commercial team
• Research and development
• New energy saving actions
• Calculation methodologies
• Tacking savings
• Energy savings during operation phase
• Energy saving calculation tools

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in construction sites, and solar industry will be plus
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Skilled in solving conflict between different project members and staff
• Outstanding negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to travel as assigned.
• The candidate should be very curious, with quick-learning capacities and eager to discover new subjects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, automation (BMS) is required.
• Strong Knowledge in refrigeration, lighting, air compressed, steam, processes and project supervision would be an advantage.
• Experience in a company dealing with energy services (investor, supplier, contractor or consultant).
• Onsite visits, up to 1 or 2 days a week (depending on customer's locations); In all provinces of Thailand.
