Responsibilities:

● Maintain key assortment pool based on definition in relation to local trends with competitive prices to attract and retain buyers ● Optimize performance across all key assortment in venture including assortment operations, campaign operations and business development

● Monitor and analyze key financial metrics including GMV, revenue, profitability and other business health metrics ● Drive growth through executing targeted pricing, promotion and marketing initiatives tailored to specific key assortment

● Implement strategies to address inventory challenges and improve assortment availability and other people leader responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, preferably in roles related to sales, account management, buyer, procurement, retail, or business development.
• Previous experience in industries related to e-commerce or sales, and direct client-facing roles are highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to effectively analyze data, create reports, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Possess a proactive "can-do" attitude, self-motivation, and a strong drive to achieve ambitious goals and targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
