Responsibilities:

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet, Chef).
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure environments (primarily AWS, Azure, or GCP – specify which is most relevant).
• Implement and manage containerization (Docker), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and GitOps continuous delivery workflows (e.g., using Argo CD).
• Develop and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, CloudWatch) to ensure system health and performance.
• Collaborate with software developers to improve application deployability, performance, and reliability.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across the infrastructure and deployment lifecycle (DevSecOps principles).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and system performance.
• Manage source code repositories (e.g., Git) and implement branching/merging strategies.
• Automate routine operational tasks through scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Document infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Stay current with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with managing or supporting databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Infrastructure Engineer for 1-3 years.
• Skilled in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experienced with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD).
• Proficient in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) and Git version control.

• 
  Knowledge of DevSecOps, database support (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and system troubleshooting.
