Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare payment transaction data and compile all relevant documentation for the supervisor to review before authorization.
• Accurately record each payment transaction and ensure it reconciles with the payment voucher documentation.
• Conduct daily reconciliations of all bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and relevant departments to ensure timely processing of approved transactions.
• Contact and coordinate with the bank to prepare company documents as a requirement
• Assist in other financial activities as required, supporting overall departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with office tools and banking systems.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
