Key Responsibilities:

• Performing daily reconciliation of customer crypto deposits and withdrawals by comparing transactions between the internal database and blockchain records.
• Assess and reconcile daily withdrawal and network fees to ensure accuracy in fee assessments.
• Conduct balance checks for company and customer assets, identifying any discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to address and resolve unmatched transaction items effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation activities to support audit processes and compliance requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies by gathering relevant transaction data and performing preliminary analyses.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in reconciliation roles, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transactions.
• Proficient in using reconciliation software and database management systems.
• Strong understanding of crypto wallets and transaction processes.
• Good command of problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
