Key responsibilities :

• Analyze latest market development and present actionable insights to support RMLs, POs and Advisors with revenue management decisions and price recommendation
• Utilizes value chain economics/data analysis and develop system tools to recommend tributary market insights, support outlier management, channel alignment, optimization of pricing mechanism and/or other actionable earnings opportunities
• Dashboard power user, including member of power user network(s), ownership of relevant files and performs trib, business unit and customer level data analysis. Ensures data quality, including advising on requisite data cleansing / administration with strong interface with BAR Planner, Pricing Operations team
• Provides analytical support for Market Clearing Mechanism (MCM) development
• Responsible for timely and accurate deal evaluation toolkit economic inputs
• Custodian for Alternative Pricing Value (APV), validation of data update quality and timeliness
• Supports IMMP development (e.g., national customer assessment); owns the IMMP financial model and development of resulting 5-year earnings forecasts
• Perform data discovery, build proof of concepts and business modelling with guidance from advisors
• Pursue analytics process simplification, automation, standardization and support management of change
• Active engagement in analytics community, exchanging market knowledge with ROSE, Trading & BAR Planners, facilitate cross-tributary sharing and alignment as necessary
• Ensure legal and controls compliance
• Other tasks as requested by Analytics Supervisor
  

Qualifications :

• STEM fields or business bachelor's degree
• 1-2 yrs experience is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding how Bangchak Sriracha Plc. do the business and apply in-depth price structure to work with business on analytics work.
• Keen learner. Develop deep understanding of relevant aspects of pricing (industry and competition in the markets, price & cost components that drive prices)
