Responsibilities:


- Assist Seller Management Analytics team in tracking weekly and monthly seller data, including but not limited to sellers' growth and performance, feature adoption rate and assortment completeness


- Assist Seller Management Analytics team to analyze seller data and generate actionable insights to optimize seller performance


- Collaborate with cross function team to support and maintain sellers' learning curve and experience


- Any ad-hoc Seller management operational tasks or troubleshooting

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications


- Good with analytics; able to process large datasets and generate relevant and actionable insights - Proficient in excel (e.g. Excel formula, PivotTable)


- Strong verbal and written communication skills


- Proficient in English


- Actively enrolled university student, preferably with Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance or Economics

Preferred Qualifications


- Able to learn quickly


- Has an interest in e-commerce/ social-commerce


- Able to present data effectively and easy for target audience to understand
