หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Serves as the designated expert on the interpretation of human resource policies issues for expatriates.
- Communicate company and HR policy to Overseas staffs and drive change if necessary
- Provide consultation to HR local in the area of HRM & HRD issues
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Ensure people strategy alignment and people management integration in subsidiary company
- Plan and manage manpower model
- Handle/create compensation & benefit policy for both foreign-based employees and expatriates.
- Provide recommendation and guideline for M&A project
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in related field (for Bachelor G.P.A. > 2.70 and Master G.P.A. >3.30)
- Proficient in English (TOEIC > 700)
- Experienced in International HR Management / Global Mobility Services
- Knowledge of labor laws, immigration laws, and personal income taxes.
- Possess interpersonal, communication and persuasion skill
- Able to work independenly
- Occationally travelling overseas as assigned.
