JOB DESCRIPTION - DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clients with Financial Data relating to companies for the Vietnam Market
• Maintain databases in a timely and accurate manner
• Use appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information to meet our Client deliverables.
• Use technical and financial knowledge to supply to current data offering
• Stay on top of daily market activity to ensure LSEG information is timely
• Seek efficiencies in work practices to achieve automation
• Share feedback on new database/application releases and imbibe the culture of automation
• Support training of future members of staff and build back-up
• Ensure timely resolution of queries from customers and work towards customer satisfaction
• To contact, validate information with the stock exchange
• Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices
• Collaborate closely with internal and external clients
• Document policies, procedures and work processes to follow standard method of work
• This role will require employees to work shift patterns and during public/national holidays
• During cyclical peak periods, analysts will be encouraged to work extended hours to meet the strict timeliness targets
