• Manage day-to-day work to maintain Master data Group service delivery
• Review and verify source of materials to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information
• Closely monitor and follow up with functional data owner and data entry team to complete, update or correct data
• Verify entered data to ensure the accuracy
• Identify and reconcile routing and complex data input discrepancies
• Extract and compile information from databases to produce routing and specialized reports
• Provide day-to-day assistance and guidance to data entry staffs
• Monitor and sampling check data in the system on daily basis
• Train new staffs on work procedure, standard level agreement, authorization matrix, and other relevant information to ensure that team is competence to deliver their services
• Manage workload priorities, work assignments, equipment and staffing requirements
• Organize and monitor work to maintain schedules, quality and quantity standards
• Assign work to team and review work

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS
• 3 Years of experience in retail business – Commercial or finance function is advantage
• Business process and relevant Functional knowledge
• Oracle system experience - Understanding of how data is used within business processes and its impact
• Ability to interact with IT when technology roles and capabilities are required
• Has supervisory skills
• Good documentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Well organization – set priority
• Good communication - be able to communicate well with administrative staff and other staff at all levels
