You will be a key contributor to Apple’s Thailand digital strategy and be responsible for the delivery of Apple’s online sales growth programs and digital customer experience (CX) programs. You build relationships, develop partner capabilities, and ensure flawless execution across the programs. You collaborate closely with regional and local channel sales teams, cross-functional teams and external partners to maximise and grow Apple’s eCommerce Channel business on Marketplaces in Thailand.


Description

Be the subject matter expert of Thailand customers, especially in the online eCommerce landscape, partners, and the needs of our end customers. - Define and implement Thailand's Digital Marketplace Strategy by working with SEA Channel teams and regional Digital teams - Study market trends, partner capabilities, performance metrics, and results to identify areas for optimization and new online growth opportunities. - Partner with the regional team in the strategic management of key accounts on Marketplace platforms. This includes but is not limited to developing digital account plans, driving digital sales programs and sell-in to partners, program and offers negotiation, demand generation, operational optimization, and premium digital CX. - Develop regional digital reporting, reviews, and planning, analysing data insights, digital critical metrics, digital CX monitoring results to determine appropriate forward actions - Develop close working relationships with the senior representatives of assigned partners and inspire them to collaborate.
Minimum Qualifications
  • In-depth experience in eCommerce across digital channels, Marketplaces, traditional online retailers and social commerce
  • Demonstrated superior communication, relationship building, influencing in both English and Thai
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working with resellers managing Digital programs
  • Successful experience in managing complex business partnerships environment and building tailor made solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity with integrity
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
