Responsibility
- Value Identification: Develop and present comprehensive business cases and value trees. Analyze and translate business and technological solutions into key value levers and metrics.
- Value Operationalization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define baselines, benchmarks, and targets for metrics. Gather data, ensure alignment with business objectives, monitor and measure the impact of solutions, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Conduct in-depth analysis of data relevant to technology strategy projects. Create compelling visuals such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to gather data and explore key hypotheses related to value realization opportunities.
- Insights Generation: Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Communication Support: Assist in the preparation of executive communications that effectively convey project progress, recommendations, and anticipated business outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize your data-driven approach to identify areas for improvement within the project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of maximum value to our clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science)
- At least 3 â 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in data analysis, with strong skills in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor narratives for diverse audiences based on data and insights.
- Ability to think critically and translate complex information into clear, concise insights and messages.
- Proven experience in developing business cases and value trees, and operationalizing value-led teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A passion for technology and its role in driving business strategy
