We are looking for a seasoned Senior Energy Industry Digital Consulting and Systems Integration Services Practitioner to lead our IX digital offerings in Thailand's energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital technologies, consulting, and systems integration and a deep understanding of the energy industry's operational and regulatory landscape in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client Account Leads and Sales Teams to originate and close new opportunities for IX focusing on resource clients which primarily include Oil & Gas and Energy industry in Thailand
• Consult with client stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and digital transformation opportunities.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes in the Thai Oil & Gas and Energy market to advise clients appropriately.
• Work closely with IX SEA Leadership to build and expand the IX team in Thailand for Oil & Gas and Energy industry
• Lead and oversaw the IX delivery of digital solutions in the Oil & Gas and Energy industry
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and ecosystem partners
• Collaborate with IX SEA Leadership and IX teams in different countries to enrich IX offerings to Thailand clients

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or similar Engineering related to Process Plant Operations
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital consulting or systems integration, with major experience in oil & gas industry
• Strong understanding of the digital technologies relevant to the energy sector, such as MES, IMOM, Manufacturing Supply Chain, Renewable Energy, IoT, AI, Pervasive Wireless, Cloud solutions, and Cybersecurity etc.
• Preferably with experience in sales/business development and large-scale transformation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
